MEET KELSIE HUNT

Hi, I’m Kelsie Hunt, founder of Hunting for Hope and a pre-licensed professional counselor based in Bozeman, Montana. I offer virtual therapy and in-person sessions (Tuesdays Telehealth only, Wednesday/Thursday in office).

Therapy with me is practical, direct, and deeply human.

I work with adults who feel stuck in survival mode—whether that looks like anxiety, burnout, trauma, shame spirals, relationship patterns, or simply holding everything together for too long. I also support first responders, high-functioning professionals, and women exploring their relationship with their bodies, hormones, and cycles.

My approach is experiential and teaching-based. I believe in curiosity over criticism which leads to compassion and confidence, confidence in who you are.  I don’t just listen, I talk with you—I help you understand what’s happening in your mind and body, as I provide the facts to your feelings so we can build tools you can actually use in real life.

If you want to learn more about how I work, the types of issues I specialize in, or what sessions feel like, explore the tabs above. Each page breaks things down so you can find what fits you best.

You matter—and there is a way forward. Don't give up hope.

ONE OF THE BEST!
“Kelsie’s amazing insights that help individuals with past traumas and their unprocessed emotions. This is also great with couples who need help communicating and creating habits that help them grow together. Knowledgeable and dedicated, one of the best!”
