If you’ve noticed your anxiety spike at certain times of the month or your sleep suddenly fall apart, there may be more going on beneath the surface. Hormonal shifts—especially in the luteal phase—can impact mood, anxiety, and insomnia in ways that are often overlooked.

In our work, we track patterns in your cycle alongside your emotional experience. This helps us better understand your body, reduce shame, and create more supportive ways to care for yourself through each phase. This is through a therapeutic lens, I will work closely with your primary care doctor or offer referrals for medical care that is outside of my scope.
