Support for Women in Abusive Relationships
Many women come to therapy unsure if what they experienced was “bad enough” to call abuse. Some are still in the relationship trying to make sense of the confusion, walking on eggshells, or feeling like they’ve slowly lost themselves. Others have left and are struggling to understand how the relationship became controlling, manipulative, isolating, or emotionally unsafe over time.
I work with women at every stage of this process—whether you are questioning the relationship, preparing to leave, grieving after leaving, navigating co-parenting or the legal system, or trying to rebuild your sense of self after survival mode. Therapy can help you untangle what happened, reconnect with your intuition, process trauma, and move forward with greater clarity, safety, and self-trust.
