Individual Therapy
Therapy with me isn’t just talking—it’s about understanding yourself, learning how your mind and body work, and creating real change. I provide honest feedback, structured guidance, and teach you the “why” behind your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Together, we explore patterns from your past, practice new ways of responding, and set goals that help you live more authentically.
Sessions are typically 1 hour, weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on your needs. We start with a formal intake, then dive into your life experiences—childhood, relationships, family dynamics—to uncover what shapes your present. I combine Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with experiential exercises and psychoeducation so you leave each session with clarity, insight, and practical tools.

Relationship Therapy
Couples therapy with me is about breaking old patterns and building healthy, fulfilling connections. Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or strengthening your bond, I help you develop practical tools to communicate effectively, resolve challenges, and grow together.
I work with couples at any stage of their relationship, and I especially encourage new couples to seek guidance early—building a strong foundation sets you up to navigate harder times with resilience. My approach combines structured exercises, psychoeducation, and hands-on strategies so you leave each session with insight, skills, and a shared toolkit for success.
